Why we need Deaf instructors

Next thing you know, you walk into a physical or virtual classroom and your teacher who is Deaf is supportive and just gets you. It’s the first time you feel seen and comfortable in a class and you aren’t lost trying to follow the conversation. People actually want to converse with you!

And that Deaf instructor has also done a similar self-exploration journey as you are on. 🎢🚏🛸
