BEGINNING AMERICAN SIGN LANGUAGE – offered by Visually Speaking
Let’s hop into the silent world! We will guide your child to use their hands to silently roar as a lion, spell their name in the air, count numbers using one hand, identify foods and express an array of emotions using their eyebrows, hands and mouth – all without speaking a word! This class will be voices off – the goal is to learn about Deaf culture, how to communicate with a Deaf person, and how to silently communicate with each other.
