Make the most out of your quarantine by honing your invaluable American Sign Language (ASL) skills. Having a basic grasp on sign language will enhance your ability to interact with people who rely on sign language as their main mode of communication.

COVID-19 may have stopped Visually Speaking from teaching classes in person, but now you can learn American Sign Language from a Drag Queen in the comfort of your own home. These online classes have a maximum class size of 8 students, which provides a more hands-on learning experience compared to a larger group. Miss Zyafirah’s online classes let you benefit from the Deaf community’s 20+ year reliance on videophones and videoconferencing technology.
