Visually Speaking offers classes for both parents and babies to learn sign language together! Classes meet for an hour over six weeks at North Kirkland Community Center. This is an incredible opportunity for you to bond with your child, to see their language develop and embrace the communication between your child and you.
Our Baby Sign classes provide signs that will vary from starter signs, food, animal, colors and bedtime rituals. Your and your baby’s signing vocabulary will increase over six weeks. Our class provides resources for you to continue your signing education and tools for you to teach your child signs at home as well.
The classroom is baby friendly; carpeted floors for crawlers and pillows for sitting. You will meet other parents learning sign language, it’s a fun social class.
